New look!

I've made a few changes to the toolbar.  The most obvious is the new icons.  Under Find Articles, I added a database, Sage Journals Online, that replaces the Sage Management database.  I added a couple of new categories:  Guides; and Tools.  Under Guides, you'll find links to 2 nonprofit-related research guides.  Under Tools, you'll find links to things that will help you find out which journals we have access to ("Journals @ Hamline"); RefWorks; ILLiad; proxy server help; and contact information.
